• Positive: Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Das Castell St Barbara ist in der Nähe zum Hotel. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel um in die Stadt zu fahren und zum Flughafen ca 200 m vom Hotel entfernt. Restaurant haben wir nicht wahrgenommen, das Frühstück war aber gut, man musste esaber sofort bezahlen, falls nicht im Voraus gebucht. Deshalb nehmen Sie Bargeld mit, falls Sie das Frühstück nicht vorher gebucht haben. Sauberkeit und Ordnung war da.
• Negative: Wenn man etwas einkaufen möchte gibt es keine größeren Geschäfte in der Nähe. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist teilweise flexibel und wirkt gestresst, wenn mehr als ein Gast zum Ein- oder Auschecken da ist. Die Informationen werden aber scheinbar von einer Schicht zur nächasten nicht weitergegeben. Als wir abends anfragten, ob wir dass Zimmer noch eine Stunde länger behalten könnten, war das abends kein Problem, als wir jedoch am nächsten Morgen noch einmal bescheid sagten, wurde uns aber von der jungen Frau an der Frühschicht gesagt, dass sie das Zimmer braucht, als wir ihr sagten, dass ihre Kollegin uns am Abend zuvor, das zugesagt hatte, war das für sie nicht verständlich aber es war dann ok. Das Gratis Wlan funktionierte am Ende des Ganges nicht. Unsere Empfehlung ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Routers zu nehmen falls man auf WLan Wert legt
