• Positive: The bath and bed's comfort. Breakfast was delicious.
• Negative: When we arrived to the room, the glass on the terrace was full of hand marks, as if it hadn't been cleaned. We found a nail polish under the bed. The bathroom floor was sticky and last but not least when I went to shower at night the water was not hot. I called the front desk and they told me that several rooms had the same problem, and that we all coincided at the same time to take a shower... which is disappointing coming from a 5 star luxury hotel.

• Negative: Estuvimos sin agua caliente en la habitación, sabían el problema y no nos cambiaron de habitación. Al quejarnos nos invitaron a desayunar pero elegimos el hotel por su bañera y nos quedamos sin poder hacer uso de ella. Además la calefacción no funcionaba bien, saliendo aire frío a ratos

• Negative: El sistema del desayuno (muy incomódo y lento). Y que las habitaciones no dispusiesen de albornoz ni zapatillas. Los pedimos en recepción y no supieron facilitarnos ni la respuesta de si podían prestarnos albornoz y zapatillas. Al final, bajamos a la piscina en camiseta y con zapatos!

• Room: Not rated there was not hot water in the room so we couldn't use the bathtub. We called reception and they told us that this is how it is. i was desappointed with the facilities of the room and the hotel.
• Value for money: Not rated I paied expecting a full experience of the location, views, room and spa, and both spa and room where very desappointing because of the lack of hot water that I don't think is something should happen in a hotel like this.
