• Cleanliness: 2.5 Paredes manchadas, juntas de la bañera sucias, tapiflex del colchón manchado y rajado...

• Common facilities and services: Not rated A excepción de la recepción y el comedor todo lo demás está anticuado, la habitación que nos tocó estaba en un estado deplorable, las paredes manchadas, los muebles con la pintura descascaronada, la televisión prehistórica con los botones arrancados, gritas en las paredes y humedades, la mesa de la terraza oxidada...
• Staff: 2.5 El personal, en general, amable. Lo que es alucinante es que estando en Gran Canaria, donde se habla ESPAÑOL, una de las recepcionistas no me pueda atender porque NO HABLA ESPAÑOL. Aquí se le exige a los trabajadores hablar idiomas extranjeros y después resulta que en tu propio país no te puedes comunicar en tu idioma. PENOSO.

• Room: Not rated Horrible. Habitación enana, todo en malísimo estado, nada tiene que ver con las fotos de la web. Todo anticuado.
• Value for money: Not rated 162€ la noche por una habitación pésima, en muy malas condiciones y anticuada, la calidad de la comida súper baja. Todo incluído? poquísima variedad de bebidas y comida fuera del buffet. Un robo de dinero. A parte de que yo reservé por internet un hotell de 3 estrellas y cuando llegué allí era un aparthotel. Sin duda iré a atención al consumidor.

• Positive: The 1st floor swimming pool and family rooms. Staff..Louie(barman,)bebe(credit to hotels morale) pool bar staff - black girl and lady chef really helpful.
• Negative: Food was repetitive. No concept of vegetarianism. Ate cheesy pasta for 28 meal (lunch and dinner) most salads had meat, and same desserts constsntly. warm food and beverages were cold and cold food tended to be warm and covered with flies. ended up having to eat out in Morgan and Porto Rico. the chairs in flamingo were sparse and broken, metal edges I ended up covering with paper cups to make them safer. Louie from bar lovely and bebe full of enthusiasm. Other staff such as lojan at pool bar really rude to kids (not mine). Other pool staff the chef(lady with glasses) and black girl with blue eye liner really bubbly and helpful. On whole mist of staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Lojan from pool bar very rude and arrogant.

• Location: 2.5 Must bus or taxi to leave hotel complex. No alternative eating places even when willing to pay.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated Food not great at all. Covered in flies and repetitive with no other options.
• Staff: Not rated Few exceptions but on whole staff didn't look happy, one waitress in tears on night in restaurant. All looked like they didn't want to be there and definitely didn't want guests to be there.
• Quietness: 10 Hotel very quiet at night.
• Room: 10 Family room was lovely.
• Value for money: Not rated Felt I paid too much considering the food quality, lack of furniture and quality of chairs at flamingos.

• Cleanliness: 5 - La limpieza la realizaron a las 15:30 horas, interrumpiendo la siesta (no había letrero de no molestar en la habitación)
• Location: 7.5 - Excelente localización, desaprovechada con el fin conseguir más venta (parking, lago, etc.)
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 - Habitación con muebles rozados, colchones incomodos, y televisor anticuado (disponibilidad mando previa fianza)
• Staff: 5 - Personal servicial, pero desbordados, quizás demasiada confianza en el bar piscina con los clientes
• Quietness: 5 - El ajetreo del Lago y la animación nocturna no aisla la habitación
• Room: 2.5 - Reforma urgente !!!
