• Quietness: 7.5 General noise levels were fine but our 2nd floor room was over the dining area which was very noisy in the mornings with scraping chairs.

• Positive: the place in overall with plants and parkarea near the see, Water park free entrance, evening events, safe surroundings also for school children, place in the parking hall, aquabic (=aguagym), pool bar was nice with icecream and coffee, but snacks were poor, salads and desert table were good
• Negative: too small pool, cold water in the pool, terrible noise in the restaurant, there shoud be such interior materials that keep noise down, food was poor specially meet, snacks in the pool bar and white wine, too much the same in every day, needs to be theme evenings like mexican or italian food, more healthful food please

• Quietness: Not rated The restaurant is horrible concerning the loud sound from people, Children and staff taking dishes away. No sounddesign at all! There are ways to reduce sound! Eating in this Environment is not what you find relaxing and eating is central in this kind choice of hotel.

• Value for money: 2.5 Too much not included for beeing an all inclusive. No towels, no snack in the waterparkarea and a long way to move the whole family all the time. Snacks...no variation at all. very very basic snacks. Icecream full of ice... No theme-nights in restaurant, like barbecue and such things. No variation on breakfast with pancakes or omelettes. And most of importance, too few tables outside the restaurant!!! And the birds...awful. You have to take the birds Walking on the tables away! I have ´Pictures of the birds Walking among peoples food and I god shit on while eating breakfast!!Scandinavians are a big part of your visitors as we noticed. Scandinavians like to sit outside and eat. Just put more tables. And for god sake, make 2 pots of brewed coffe...not ok to say its just finished at 9 oclock in the morning when there is still time and a lot of guests that want that nice coffee. The other machinemade coffee is not as good. Just Watch people, they go for de brewed coffee. One morning I asked a servant lady to make Another pot, she just said no, its finished. Next morning it ran out at the same time and my husband asked a servant girl, she first objected and then she put on Another pot of brewed coffee, and the guests immediately Went there for more. So thats is a easy way to have more satisfied guests. No, I did not, concerning the eating-situation, feel I got value for Money. The beach is wonderful.
