• Location: 2.5 There where no other restaurants. Hard to get to Puerto Mogan
• Common facilities and services: Not rated The food was boring and the quality low. The selection was bad. The miniclub was horrible - and only few ours. There where no real playground for kids. And nothing for kids under 4 to do - no miniclub, no playground or a place to go and play. There where no food after dinner - and it was nok possilble to take e.g. water/drinks etc. to the room. The snacks was fries, horrible "make-your-own" burger and hot dog. And boring cakes. And when you pay that much - there was a lot e.g. minigolf that was not free.
• Staff: 2.5 They where careless and rude.
• Quietness: Not rated The noise outside in the evenings was so bad, that the kids could not sleep - even if the door was closed.
• Room: 2.5 The beds was bad, it needed renovation and there where no sunbeds on the balcony - only 2 chairs for 4 people
• Value for money: Not rated It was way to expensive when the food, location and services was so bad.

• Value for money: 7.5 have been at Valle many times - this time the "3 x meal" was not varied/less to choose from/filling went slow Wine glass where missing most of the time. NEVER experienced it before

• Positive: La comida en todo incluido, muy buena calidad y variedad. Los snack de la piscina dejan bastante que desear. Habitaciones limpias, comodas y amplias, quizas los baños necesitan un pequeño arreglo. Zonas comunes limpias.
• Negative: El servicio de recepcion, trabajo de cara al publicp y una sonrisa es siempre importante. Personal algo estresado y con prisas, trato bastante frio. El spa es una pena no aprovecharlo mejor para el gran espacio que posee. Eche en falta un pequeño oarque infantil para los mas pequeños.
