• Staff: 10 Our cab was late to pick us up to take us to the airport. I asked the staff if they would please call them for me. Not only did he call, but he waited outside for the cab to arrive. It was very considerate of him!
• Quietness: 10 No issues w/ noise.
• Room: 7.5 Amenities were great. Bath w/ jets wish is useful after walking all day. Free wi-fi and a complimentary bottle of wine.
• Value for money: 7.5 Better than some similarly priced places I have stayed in Europe.
