• Location: 10 Great location for a city break
• Common facilities and services: 10 Excellent breakfast, both hot & cold food. Enjoyed an excellent meal on our last afternoon before leaving for the airport.
• Staff: 10 Always willing to assist. Friendly.
• Quietness: 10 Surprisingly, for a city centre hotel, very quiet.
• Room: 10 Very comfortable with some lovely touches. Free Wi-Fi, mini bar and very good toiletries.
• Value for money: 10 Could not find better.
