• Location: 10 we where close to everything

• Staff: 10 Couldn't have been better
• Quietness: 10 I was grand as I was on the 9th floor
• Room: 10 Such a lovely view, though would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea in the room
• Value for money: 5 As there was no tea making etc and having to pay for tv control I felt it was a bit on the expensive side
