  • Positive: The restaurant staff, extremely friendly and very attentive
  • Negative: Was my 5th visit to hotel and the standard of food has deteriorated, did not enjoy one meal, and had to pay to go and eat out when I paid to be full board. The food has certainly declined and was not good like previous years. Also the cleanliness has deteriorated too, in the hotel bar and the rooms.
