• Negative: The buildings seem to be dilapidated and it was dirty both in the apartment, the area around and by the pool, rubbish lay and flowed all around. We had written half a year in advance to get a particular apartment or an equivalent, without getting a negative answer, but when we arrived we had in only the absolute least apartments left. furthermore, we did not receive a welcome pack from the club as usual.

• Cleanliness: Not rated The buildings seem to be dilapidated and it was dirty both in the apartment, the area around and by the pool, rubbish lay and flowed all around. We only got to change the bed linen once during our 10 day stay.

• Quietness: Not rated We lived just below the pool and bar and therefore there was a lot of noise from there.
• Room: 2.5 The apartment was in poor condition and cleaning. the sofa in the family room was totally worn out, it was dirty and it looked like liquid had been sprayed on the wallpaper. After each cleaning, the toilet seat was sprinkled with some red liquid that could not be removed, but which disappeared during the day - it was not nice to have to sit on.
• Value for money: 2.5 We do not think we got the apartment, location or standard of service that we have been used to at Riosol

• Negative: Cogí una habitación mas cara que la económica por el chillout de la terraza, llegué y el chillout no tenia toldo y estaba todos los sillones cagados por los pájaros y no me dieron ninguna solución

• Common facilities and services: Not rated Tienen dos piscinas y habia una de ellas cerrada, el aforo de gente era exagerado, sin mantener nadie distancias de seguridad, no habia hamacas para todos los clientes y nadie controlaba nada
• Staff: Not rated Llame hasta tres veces a recepción y también tuve que acercarme yo a la recepción para que me dieran una solución al toldo y nadie me dio una solución al respecto

• Room: 5 Me mandadon al culo del hotel, aún sabiendo que iba con un bebé de un año y los accesos eran de pena, con escaleras para llegar a la habitación y eso que llebaba el carro del bebé

• Positive: La estancia y el buen tiempo
• Negative: Nos robaron las toallas en la terraza de la habitación. Hamacas: Desde las 9:00 de la mañana ya estaban todas con toallas y ni una sola persona en ellas, imposible encontrar alguna libre hasta la tarde, teniendo que ponernos en los parterres para poder estar en la piscina. Protocolo Covid: muy mal, demasiadas personas en la piscina sin distancias de seguridad y mucha gente paseando por el complejo sin la mascarilla.
