• Positive: Comida del buffet. La atención que recibimos ante el problema de parte de Roberto un recepcionista encantador.
• Negative: Hemos pagado el todo incluido pensando que habría comida entre horas (como en todos los hoteles todo incluido) pero no había snacks solo unas pastas y encima estaban manías. Los cócteles dejan mucho que desear saben a agua. No tuvimos hamacas en toda la estancia, la gente hacía cola a las 8 para ir corriendo a las hamacas y por habitación cogían unas 5, no había restricciones anti covid, el socorrista no desinfectaba las hamacas. No habían suficientes hamacas para tanto cliente acabamos en un solárium lejos de la piscina. Cero separación entre hamacas. No había gel, solo había en la entrada del hotel y del buffet. No había ni gel en el baño.

• Negative: Demasiada gente, no se respetan las medidas covid. Había tanta gente que no habn hamacas. Una de las piscinas está cerrada y nos dicen que es de pago pero no lo ponen en ningún sitio
