• Positive: The location - Illetes is a great area, very quiet and peaceful (unlike Magaluf), the beatiful beaches are 10 min walk, we got a top floor refurbished room, with nice view over the sea, Cala Mayor and Palma.

• Positive: The friendliness of all staff members.
• Negative: The food was not absolutely ,not worth 4 stars. The quality of the food was very poor. Dishes which should have been warm were cold, some of the vegetables weren't fresh, some of the food had a weird taste, there was very little choice (especially the dessert buffet's choice was terrible),... We have been to other 4 star hotels with much, much better food quality and much much more choice! We had the opportunity to have dinner once in the hotel across the street, the Bonanza Playa hotel, and the food there was excellent. The difference between the food at playa and park is like the difference between day and night and winter and summer all together.

• Room: 2.5 It was very dangerous to take a shower since the water would go suddenly from a normal temperature to an extremely hot temperature. You could easily get burned by the water temperature.
• Value for money: Not rated We did not like the hotel, mostly because of the poor food quality. We would hardly give the hotel 3 stars.
