"Estimada Sra. Mira, Lamentamos no haber estado a la altura de las circunstancias. Es cierto que a pesar que el hotel es de no fumador, hay clientes que no respetan esta norma. Le informamos que hemos limpiado a fondo la habitación y la hemos desinfectado para quitar el desagradable olor. Sobre la habitación en planta baja, son habitaciones reformadas y las que tenemos con camas matrimoniales según su solicitud.
