• Location: 10 Very close to Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes and El Grego Museum. Not in the middle of town but still easy access to Cathedral Toledo

• Staff: 10 The front desk always willing to answer our questions, held our luggage when we arrived early then delivered everything to our room when it was available. They set up early morning taxi for us which was there when we checked out.
