A boutique hotel in a building dating back more than 400 years to the Inquisition. It is in a plaza in the center of Madrid, very close to the Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Royal Theater, museums, shopping, restaurants, cinemas and theaters.   • Negative: L'accueil à la réception dont un homme avec une barbe pas aimable avec les français, très peu de personnel parle français à la réception pour un 4 étoiles ce n'est pas normal, une roulette sous un des lits est resté sur la table de nuit sans être réparé pendant 3 jours, le jour de notre départ nous avons trouvé une paire de lunette de vu sous les lits pleine de poussière donc merci l'aspirateur dommage l'hôtel est vraiment bien situé et agréable
