• Cleanliness: 7.5 carpet in our room had some stains
• Location: 10 right in the centre of Madrid, walking distance from all the main atractions in the are and the tube station is right outside the hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 lovely swimming pool on the roof, nice breakfast area
• Staff: 10 all very nice, they even let us go abck to the swimming pool after we checked out.
• Quietness: 5 The room faced the road, so you could hear the traffic in the morning. Thankfully, we had the air con on and we did not have to leave the window open.
• Room: 7.5 The room was nice but not huge. Some nice touches: they have speakers in the bathroom so you can listen to TV and music when you are in there. Moreover, they have a light under the toilet to guide you at night without having to switch the main light on.
• Value for money: 7.5

• Negative: The room was very very small for the price we paid we were very disappointed. I saw some of the similar rooms on te corridor when they were being cleaned and they were not as small. I felt it was unfair considering we were staying for 4 nights and paid an expensive enough amount.
