• Staff: 5 our hotel room door was left open and ajar by the maid. We returned back to find it open. Lucky for us we were at end of corridor and we had all our valuables locked in the safe

• Negative: My black t-shirt which was left in the bathroom was taken with the towels; we informed the reception about it and they said they will come back to us in the morning but they never did.
