• Positive: The Pool and Sun Lounge Area, that is where the kids and I spent most of our days at.
• Negative: Hmmmm... well the quality and variety of the food on offer has to change for the better. More English speaking channels. The Pay-to-view channel is a joke... an expensive joke! What was advertised is being shown was not, so every day I checked I got charged 11.50 Euros! Maybe if they had a timer - first minute free. The film in question was The Reaping.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 The housekeeping staff were very professional, they would always come back to clean - even if they were unsuccessful the first time around.
• Location: 10 Ideally located - travelling with to young children - everything was within walking distance.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Although,was not too keen on the variety or quality of the food they had on offer - it was very expensive, which made it even harder to swallow! (Pun intended)
• Staff: 7.5 Every member of staff that I spoke to were always plesent, courtious and helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5 I%27m a heavy sleeper - so the hussle and bussle of the streets below had no effect on me.
• Room: 7.5 Very good size room. The kids loved it!

• Negative: - not enough sunbeds on the roof - breakfast staff could have been more efficient (but their friendliness was fine!)

• Location: 7.5 Ideally situated to la Ramblas (5-10 minute walk) and perfect that the metro station Paral-lel has an exit on the doorstep of the hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Cute little swimming pool. Could do with a few more sunbeds. Not only next to the pool but also for the %27solarium%27.
• Staff: 10 Spoke good English. Friendly staff at breakfast. But I had the idea the staff didn%27t have the breakfastslot %27under control%27. We had to ask for coffee a few times before it was brought (on both mornings). One central coffee point would solve this problem.
• Quietness: 7.5 Normal %27city center%27 noise- you%27re right in the center so you don%27t expect total quietness. We slept fine (on the street side) with window shut and airco on.
