• Cleanliness: 10 The Rooms,Lobby,Pool,Exercise Equipment all clean! Kudos to this establishment.
• Location: 10 Perfect!!! The train is literally at the front door of this Beautiful Hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Free Internet!! Which is great but a tab bit slow..Not complaining.
• Staff: 10 The staff was very professional and I enjoyed the way they go out of their way to point out places of interest on the maps and give their personal opinion on ongoing events.(i.e.broadway plays "Grease")And they also exchange your currency.
• Quietness: 10 My wife and I was located on the third floor towards the back of the front door. And it was very quiet. Although we left early in the morning and returned lated at night around 11pm..
• Room: 10 the room size was acceptable, there was no view to marvel about but, the room/bathroom was Very CLEAN!! the beds well..When you are tired of shopping with your wife all day who cares we did get a good night sleep..
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value for the money. I will stay here again as I said the metro train is at the front door of this Hotel and the staff was very Professional and the rooms are very CLEAN!!!!!!

• Negative: Staff in the breakfast room were rude and unfriendly to many guests including ourselves :( Spolied the good work done by the other friendly and efficient staff!

• Location: 10 Located in the City Centre 10 mins walk from Las Ramblas and great starting point for seeing the city and surrounds.

• Staff: 5 The staff at reception and the porters were some of the best we%27ve come across. Friendly, prompt and efficient. However, the staff in the breakfast room weren%27t exactly customer service orintated and not the best advert for the hotel seeing as guests meet them first in the morning!
• Quietness: 10 Very quiet concidering it%27s location on a bust street.
• Room: 5 The room was large and comfortable, but did not have the feel of what you%27d normally consider 4****. Still nice though.
• Value for money: 5 A little pricey, but hey we were stuck for choice and the location made it worth it in the end! Great weekend had and overall the hotel was a good choice.

• Quietness: 7.5 This does depend on your room location. One of our group faced the street by the Metro stop and was awake all night with noise.

• Negative: The walk from the hotel to the main tourist areas did involve walking down some %27dodgy%27 streets so wouldn%27t be good for girls on their own. We felt this added to the experience but some people may feel differently!
