• Negative: Vie communautaire obligatoire. Pour la chambre, la literie est trop dure, les oreillers bas de gamme, mais surtout le MANQUE D'INSONORISATION des chambres qui oblige à vivre avec ses voisins. Qualité WiFi déplorable. Tout ceci est indigne d'un 5 étoiles. tarif journalier excessif pour l'accès à la piscine "la Cabane". Tarif des consommations et tarif de la restauration excessifs.

• Negative: Lunch menu was pretty bad, i expected lovely Mediterranean & Spanish food instead found burgers, ceasar salad & club sandwich all of which were badly cooked & pretty bad customer service at the cafe. Such a shame.

• Negative: lunch/all day menu, the crazy system with pool towels as the towels were gold. In general the service people were very nice but seems to lack more professional service education. cleaning in public areas Saturday morning was not done when guest went for breakfast. The bread station could be improoved with higher quality of multi grain bread.
