• Negative: Lack of a small shop selling things such water which was very expensive if purchased at the hotel bar

• Cleanliness: 7.5 On entering the room for the first time I found a beer bottle on the floor but other than that very good
• Location: 7.5 Short taxi ride to Marbella which was good.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Everything I used was of good quality
• Staff: 10 Very helpful and respectful
• Quietness: 7.5 Room 328 quiet but I'm sure a number of the rooms would have suffered with traffic noise
• Room: 7.5 Sea view from balcony limited however there was lovely large window giving a much better view
• Value for money: 7.5
