• Negative: Inflexibility: I booked separate to the wedding party as I didn't have the promotion code for the 10% discount. When I got to the hotel and asked for the discount to apply they seemed disinterested and refused. I also asked for the hotel receipt to be sent to me online; It still hasn't arrived!!!

• Positive: Efficiency and helpfulness of staff; cleanliness, furnishings, relaxed atmosphere and plenty of room and comfortable pads and loungers in pool and grass area. Excellent breakfasT
• Negative: Very limited bar food menu. Unchanging menu in both restaurants (daily specials for lunch and evening would be a good idea). Having to wait to be seated at breakfast and v slow tea/coffee service,

• Positive: La qualité de la chambre 709 ainsi que sa térrasse Le room service, rapidité, qualité et surtout amabilité Les femmes de ménage, très à l'écoute, efficace et toujours avec le sourire, BRavo à elles
• Negative: Le service au petit déjeuner et au snack le midi Totalement indigne d'un 5* Les serveurs sont toujours irrités, peu serviables, ne tenant pas compte des clients sauf ceux qui viennent depuis 10ans, quelle belle image !!! Nous avons toujours l'impression de les déranger, nous les clients et ce sans avoir des exigences hors normes ... Cela crée une atmosphère très désagréable Peut être qu'il faudrait les envoyer en stage à l'hôtel Vincci où le service est un modèle du genre ...
