• Room: 5 Large room - Los Monteros Suite. No view at all (back of buildings) even though we were on the top floor Bad smell probably from air conditioning unit. Complained 4 times but they did not acknowledge a problem. Another man was also complaining at front desk at the same time about the bad smell in his room

• Negative: No complimentary drink/fruit in suite, and as I had mentioned in booking that it was for a birthday, I would have liked if management/staff had followed up on this and gave a little acknowledgement or checked to see if we were enjoying our stay. Staff were efficient but felt they could have been friendlier.
