• Negative: The hotel offered us a taxiride from Malaga airport to the hotel for € 105,00 and at the end we had to pay € 120,00, because they needed a bigger car was the answer by the young lady at the reception. She said we had to much luggage This is not true! We had the same luggage as filled in on your request (e-mail of 07.11.2015) Even on our way back we had to pay a higher priice as offered by the hotel Anther thing we did not like: At the moment of checking in the lady offered a FREE upgrade of our room. I know you quoted us a price of € 10,00 per night, but we thought because of the trouble with the taxi, this was an offer by the hotel. She gave us room 609 and 610 We did not know if these were standard rooms or superior rooms, so we asked her. She cheked the price we paid for the rooms (around € 99,00 per night) and after checking the price we paid she said with a friendly face: You get a free upgrade The annoying thing is that the same lady at checking out said that she did not say so She might have forgotten this, but was clearly heard by our group at checking in on November 21
