• Negative: lobby bar. it was the worst and slowest service i have seen in a long time. guest are totally ignored. been there the 1st night and after 30 min i went up to the bar to order. waiting another 30 min and getting a warm martini. the next night we sat outside and were ignored again and not even offered a menu. we left without any service. it has been our 3rd time at the hotel and its never been this bad.

• Cleanliness: Not rated The pool area is disgusting. The hallways were filthy. There is mold and mildew in the rooms. I was absolutely shocked that this is a five-star hotel.
• Location: 5 Pretty out-of-the-way but beautiful view
• Common facilities and services: 5 Just not impressed because it was so dirty. It needs some updating also.
• Staff: 5 Nothing special. All of the housekeeping staff needs to be fired.

• Room: 5 No privacy. There was a see-through curtain separating the bathroom from the bedroom.
• Value for money: 2.5 If they would clean this hotel, I would rate it much higher.
