• Negative: Buchungen wurden nicht so vorbereitet, wie es hätte sein sollen. In meinem Romantikpaket, gab es eine Flasche Alkohol und ich wollte stattdessen Saft. Der Saft musste dann nachbestellt werden, da er nicht wie um 8 Uhr bestellt da war. Leider wurde die Überraschung für meine Freundin ein wenig schlechter. In meiner Spa Session ist permanent ein Alarm angegangen, die Therapeutinnen waren aber dafür sehr professionell und haben uns dafür ein Geschenk gemacht. Es wurde in der Lobby nicht geputzt weswegen Tage lang Chips auf dem Boden waren. Die Organisation in diesem Hotel lässt für 5 Sterne zu wünschen übrig.

• Staff: 10 Trotz Fehler, sehr freundlich
• Quietness: 2.5 In meiner Spabehandlung ging permanent ein schrecklicher Alarm an und vor dem Hotelzimmer wurden Böller den ganzen Abend gezündet.
• Room: 10 Sehr schöne Zimmer
• Value for money: 5 Ich hätte mir in manchen Stellen mehr Professionalität gewünscht.
