• Negative: le système de chauffage se règle de la manière suivante : lorsque vous insérez votre carte magnétique pour accéder à la lumière, vous devez rétablir à l'aide de la télé commande le chauffage. C'est-à-dire si vous vous absentez de la chambre durant 8 h, ce chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Il est évident que lorsque vous visitez une ville, vous passez la majeure de votre temps à l'extérieur. Le soir quand vous vous couchez la chambre est froide. Dans le cas de notre expérience, ce dit chauffage, qui fait fonction l'été de ventilateur, et de chauffage l'hiver. En l'occurence celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas. Nous sommes partis un jour plus tôt, car nous commencions à nous enrhumer. A l'accueil on nous a dit que nous n'avions pas respecté le contrat de réservation, on nous a dit qu'il fallait 3 jours pour annuler. Alors que le lendemain de notre installation nous l'avons signalé, la réception nous a donné une autre télécommande, pensant que c'était la cause, le surlendemain la réception nous a donné des couvertures et un radiateur électrique. Cela étant on voulait nous facturer la totalité du séjour, malgré nos plaintes sur le chauffage. Néanmoins j'ai demandé un compromis en partageant ce jour dernier jour (50% du prix). Après maintes discussions, je l'ai obtenu, mais cet hotel me demande de respecter le contrat, mais lui-même ne le respecte pas dans le sens nous avions froids.

• Location: 10 close to "main drag", restaurants, very walkable into town; very close to el Alhambra, but as that's a onetime visit, not as important

• Staff: 7.5 housekeeper very helpful; one desk staffer very friendly and willing to offer advice; another staffer was brusque, few words
• Quietness: 7.5 our room was on backside; however it was right near deck, so could have been noisy, but no one used while we were there
• Room: 5 twin beds only, very tight; tight bathroom
• Value for money: 5 we do not have a lot of comparison, but it seems pricey for the room size

• Positive: I most liked the location near the Alhamdra. The main reason for coming to Granada was to see the Alhambra. Carmen was also a wonderful staff person. She was very friendly and helpful to me and my wife.
• Negative: The street was noisy at night. Would you consider putting a "noise generator" in each room? (A noise generator produces "white noise", that is, background noise, to mask the sounds of street traffic and partygoers.
