• Cleanliness: 7.5 Very clean and neat in the bed room as well as in the bathroom.
• Location: 10 Very close to Alhambra! Loved the location.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Free Wifi worked perfectly in the bedroom. We could have free tea/ coffee at downstairs anytime we wanted.
• Staff: 10 Staffs were very nice and friendly! Before coming here they answered my emails very quickly with kindness, and they helped us a lot during the stay too.
• Quietness: 7.5 I did not hear noise from outside but I could hear some sounds from the next door.
• Room: 5 Good but it would have been better if sink and shower (bathroom in general) were a little bit bigger.
• Value for money: 10 Very good!
