• Staff: 10 El hotel tuvo un detalle por tratarse de un aniversario. Muy simpáticos.
• Quietness: 7.5 Se oye algo del exterior -habitación que daba a la calle- y de los huéspedes contiguos cuando llegan, pero lo normal, nada escandaloso.
• Room: 10 Dependiendo de la habitación que elijas tendrás unas vistas u otras. En cuanto a tamaño y estado, bien.

• Positive: The staff! Anna Palma, was very warm and welcoming. She was very efficient and helpful, she provided support with booking tickets and gave great suggestions for sightseeing etc. The location and the services of the hotel like free tea and coffee at all times was also a great asset.

• Location: 10 Perfect for exploring Granada. Even the Alhambra was a vigorous uphill walk or a nearby bus away.

• Staff: 10 Exceptionally helpful, pleasant and friendly. The staff spoke flawless English, too.
• Quietness: 7.5 On a side street with little traffic. Ask for a back facing room
• Room: 7.5 Wonderful view of the cathedral and rooftops from the fourth floor. A very small space but nicely presented
