• Location: 10 Walk down after your Alhambra visit.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Pretty basic facility, but with quality gift shop, good Internet Wifi, and computers you can use if you don't bring your own. The coffee and tea are available all the time. Breakfast looked really basic, but I just ate at restaurant very close by because I love tortilla Espanola.
• Staff: 10 They were very helpful, and made sure we got Alhambra tickets. Let them booke the tickets fir you, it's easier and you know you'll get in.
• Quietness: 7.5 Excellent, considering they are a block and a half from a pretty main street that has a great choice of tapas bars and restaurants.
• Room: 7.5 The rooms aren't huge, but they upgraded me at check in, just to be nice and make good use of there best rooms. They view with the morning light combined with the sounds of the birds waking up was relaxing.
• Value for money: 10 This is my first choice for Granada, no question about it.

• Positive: El servicio, muy agradable y diligente. Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, a 8 minutos caminando de la Alhambra y a unos cuantos pasos de la Plaza Nueva, cerca del Albayzín y la catedral. Perfecta ubicación.
• Negative: El wifi del hotel es prácticamente inexistente. Conectarse no sirve de nada. Y los computadores a disposición del cliente tampoco navegan. Adicionalmente, las paredes no aislan bien el sonido de las otras habitaciones entonces escuchamos ruidos de duchas y baños toda la noche. La ducha es problemática, bañarse implica mojar el piso de todo el baño y el mueble corredizo de la ducha estaba malo. Realmente peligroso.
