• Positive: Customer service was fantastic. The hotel staff are very pleasant and accommodating. They provided us with insightful tips on how to avoid lines, best places to eat etc. We forgot something in the hotel after check-out, and realized it only at the airport. We called the hotel and they promptly sent a taxi to the airport with our stuff. We were very impressed with this level of customer service.

• Location: 10 On door step of Alhambra and near other sights and plently of bars & restaurants. A bit further from train and bus station but both an easy taxi ride away.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Internet and 24 tea and coffee available free.
• Staff: 10 Friendly and helpful staff.
• Quietness: 10 No problem with noise.
• Room: 7.5 Our room was small but well equiped and was adequate given that we didn't spend time there other than to sleep!
• Value for money: 10 Very good value.
