• Positive: The room itself is decent.
• Negative: Was surprised the first morning when they told me breakfast is not included, although my room price was similar to my colleagues'. Not having city tax included in booking is a joke. When looking at the website, the spa appears as included, however, it is not. Not even the flip flops you have to buy, which broke after 5 minutes. The rooms are decent. However, you run out of free cold water quite quickly, and even the coldest tap water is very warm. The ice machine in the floor was quite noisy, but did not provide any ice. It probably hadn't for a long time, as the ice tray in the room had a 5 mm layer of dust. There were also a phone somewhere in the floor, calling for 60minutes without stopping from 1-2am, keeping me and my colleagues awake. In the morning, nearby construction started at 7 am. In general, there is absolutely no way I would call this a 4 star hotel. The general impression is a somewhat weak 3 star hotel, as the average room is getting kind of tired (fading colors in the walls, semidestroyed tiles in the bathroom etc).
