• Positive: Close to city, staff were very nice and accomodating, room was great
• Negative: wifi did not work at all in our room on 4th floor!! I had to go to lobby to get a good signal and I kept having to reconnect to the kubi network on the first floor. Also wished breakfast was not so expensive.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Wifi signal was terrible. COuld not get signal in our room on 4th floor. This was really annoying.
• Staff: 7.5 On the day we had to leave, we left our bags after checking out. When we returned to the hotel to get them we had to wait a while because the only staff available was at the desk and there was a line. It was a little stressful just because we had a train to catch but it turned out fine.
