• Negative: I was with my son, we arrived on Sunday 2 PM for the football match. After the match my son wasn't allowed to use the SPA (children are not allowed in the SPA after 12H00) and the SPA and the pool are closed on monday ! It's a shame that those elements wasn't mentionned on internet .... So we stay two days but the access to the pool and SPA wasn't possible ...

• Cleanliness: 5 Floors had not been mopped during our stay at all. Some days they were not swept either. Under the beds area was not tended too. The lift area needs cleaning too.

• Negative: que el hotel en fotos parece muy lujoso y a la realidad se ve muy anticuado. el Spa tambien me lo esperaba mejor. tampoco me parece correcto que los clients del hotel tengan que entrar todos entre las 10 y las 12h incluidos los niños. me parece caro por lo que ofrece.
