• Positive: Como siempre la atención del personal y la limpieza.

• Cleanliness: 10 Aunque a veces tardaron en hacer la habitación (casi a medio dia) lo hacen muy bien.
• Location: 7.5 Un poco alejado si lo que se quiere es visitar mucho la isla.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Quizas falta un spa completo, pero entiendo que no disponen de un espacio para su habilitacion. Igual para un gimnasio. La animacion y el tipo de actividades es buena; aunque algunos artistas no encajen del todo.
• Staff: 10 Sobretodo Gloria y Alberto en el restaurante , DAvid en el bar y sus nuevos compañeros. Han cambiado a mucha gente este año , espero que mantengan el nivel.
• Quietness: 10 Es lo mejor. No dejen nunca de respetar la tranquilidad que le confiere el lugar y el ritmo del hotel.
• Room: 5 Este año ha sido correcta, nos gusta mas cuando tenemos la luz de la habitacion que da a la piscina.
• Value for money: 7.5 No entiendo porque estando en las mismas condiciones que mi hermana, en mi caso resulto un pelin mas cara.
