• Cleanliness: Not rated Me dieron una habitación muy sucia (vómito en el wc que no había sido lavado, a pesar de tener la cinta como que lo había sido), cuando lo dije subieron a comprobarlo y me cambiaron de habitación
• Location: 10 El sitio es ideal, céntrico y con todo tipo de servicios cerca: metro, grandes almacenes, teatros, restaurantes...
• Common facilities and services: 5 Nada del otro mundo, pero correctos para un tres estrellas. No desayuné en el hotel, así que no puedo opinar sobre el bar/restaurante
• Staff: 10 Muy correctos y cordiales, me cambiaron de habitación y me alojaron en un suite (categoría superior a mi reserva). Lo mejor del hotel.
• Quietness: 5 Mi habitación estaba muy bien aislada, con cristales dobles y ninguna de las ventanas daba a la Gran Vía, pero sé que había habitaciones más ruidosas
• Room: 7.5 Al ser una suite, tenía de todo y tenía dos ambientes (salón, habitación, baño grande y cocina americana). Se ven bastante viejas, decoración muy clásica. No estaba muy limpia (la segunda que me dieron): moqueta con cosas visibles, manchas viejas, pelos en el baño, pero era amplia y bien equipada. Televisión con satélite (en el salón). Las suites al ser tipo apartamento, las recomiendo para estancias largas.
• Value for money: 7.5 Para lo que costó, desde luego no estaba mal. Si no hubiera sido por la limpieza, le daría un 10.
