• Positive: Being able to make my own tea (that I brought) anytime I wanted...such as first thing in the morning or late at night.
• Negative: Nothing really. The double elevator situation takes a little getting used to however this obviously is an archetechtural problem that could not be planned differently.

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean room with the basic facilities in the kitchenette.
• Location: 10 This was very practical for us...very central to the areas we wanted to reach. Shopping zone only a few minutes away to walk and metro connections also close.
• Common facilities and services: 10 There are several steps at the entrance to reach the first elevator which takes you up to the reception floor. From there it is another few (comfortable) steps to the desk. From there is the main elevator to all the floors and there is a bellboy. This may be a problem for some disabled persons. I would certainly stay there again as it is not a problem at all for the average person or healthy retired.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful. Staff included a %27bell boy%27.
• Quietness: 10 Since this is an %27apartment hotel%27 there is a small entrance (that opens to a resonable bathroom) with another door to the bedroom so this can also be closed. However, we did not and it was very quiet.
• Room: 10 Considering that this hotel is so central and all the rooms have a kitchenette (there are also suites available for about 50% more) a desk and a small sofa, we considered the room very good for the price.
• Value for money: 10 Please see above comments for details. Yes, excellent value for the money.
