• Negative: Nos presentamos en el hotel, teníamos 2 habitaciones reservadas y traté de aplazar la entrada de una de ellas una noche y no fue posible por la negativa del recpcionista al decirme que me cargaría la noche siempre. Creemos que el cargo es para la no presentación no para el aplazamiento o cambio en el número de noches y teniendo en cuenta que había habitaciones libres sin problema, lo que quiere decir que no ocasionamos ningún tipo de perdida en cuanto a reservas de otros clientes.

• Positive: the proxmity to the centre. It was literally on the Hotel doorstep. The staff were extremely polite and helpful and also spoke English.
• Negative: The heat in the hotel rooms. It seems there were heaters on constatly which we could not switch off. It made the rooms quite stuff at night times. Also would have liked a few english TV channels that werent News channels.

• Value for money: 5 Room is quite basic for the price.
