• Staff: 5 Staff were very friendly but the service wasn't good. I think the restaurants were understaffed but there was no compensation for poor service with premium food prices.

• Positive: Everywhere is spotless. Staff are constantly cleaning. Lovely hotel and great position with restaurants all around all f you want to leave the hotel. We love it so much we’ve been 3 times since they opened and we’re going back soon.
