• Positive: The splendid accommodation, the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. The surrounding gardens and the materials used.
• Negative: the organisation of the restaurant and its food, more specific the main courses during diner. The quality of the food in the Aroma restaurant. Please look for a new chef who is able to cook and present dishes suited for a 5 star hotel. This is a shame. The breakfast is ok. The buffets of the diner are small but ok. The WIFI is a pain, slow, very limited and suited for this kind of hotel

• Cleanliness: 10 Tout était très propre, même les toilettes communs, c'était très appréciable.
• Location: 10 Très proche de l'aéroport, sans avoir les inconvénients. Des arrêts de bus à proximité, en particulier pour se rendre à Arrecife. Accès direct à la plage et à la promenade qui longe la mer où se trouvent bars, restaurants, loueurs de vélos, etc.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Les installations et services proposés étaient au top. Nous étions en formule petit-déjeuner, nous avons apprécié la grande variété du buffet, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous avons testé le restaurant Aroma, mais nous avons été déçues par les desserts, les plats en revanche était très bons.
• Staff: 10 Tous les membres du personnel se sont révélés attentifs et agréables
• Quietness: 10 La chambre était bien insonorisée, il n'y avait pas de bruits perceptibles à part de temps en temps depuis le couloir quand on était du côté "séjour"
• Room: 10 Nous avons beaucoup aimé la Junior Suite et son balcon donnant sur la piscine (et sur la mer et les montagnes). Nous avons oublié de préciser que nous souhaitions un lit double, c'est dommage qu'on ne nous ait pas posé la question à notre arrivée. Mais c'est un détail, la literie était très confortable.
