• Positive: Closeness to the airport, breakfast, the arrival drink.
• Negative: I asked for extra towels, which I DID receive on arrival, but not only were they not replaced by housekeeping, housekeeping also took and did not replace the towel you stand on when you get out of the shower. There was no conditioner in the bathroom until the third day and the bed linen was not changed during my stay and after cleaning, there was still hair on the floor. Moreover, upon arrival I had to wait an hour for my room despite every other guest arriving in that time being able to check-in - in my opinion, an alternative room should have been offered (the hotel was not full) or at the very least a top-up of cava or the offer to take care of my bags so I didn't have to stay in reception. hese things made it a very average hotel and not the 5* it suggests it it.

• Location: 7.5 Alejado de zona turística del pueblo, pero buen acceso por carretera
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Buenas instalaciones, pero escaso horario si se quieren hacer actividades por la tarde. ERROR MUY GRAVE, para mí, en un hotel de 5 estrellas en España no puede haber jamón serrano… como mínimo que sea ibérico! Pero con el precio y la calidad del hotel, esto es un fallo considerable. ERROR MUY GRAVE. El servicio de Spa no tiene 5* por los siguientes motivos: pagamos un masaje de 200€ y SIN MASCARILLA. Estamos muy concienciados con el Covid para exponernos de tal manera. Además, el masaje era desagradable al notar la respiración del masajista. Adicionalmente, en un masaje por ese precio, se debería poder elegir quién te lo da, pero supongo que hay escasez de personal… hay que decir también que, el masaje en sí, es decir, la aplicación del masaje, fue profesional
• Staff: 10 Muy agradables, aunque deberían controlar que en el desayuno, si ofrecen café en mesa, que lo hagan a todos. En varios días a nosotros no nos ofrecían y a las mesas de alrededor sí, lo que hace que te sientas muy mal al no obtener el mismo servicio que el resto
• Quietness: 5 Nuestra habitación daba a la pista de pádel (hab 1109), y a las 16.00h había gente jugando diariamente , por lo que era imposible descansar la siesta. No alcanzaba la tranquilidad que debería tener en un hotel de 5 estrellas
• Room: 7.5 Muy bien, aunque muy lejos de recepción y de la entrada
• Value for money: 5 Me pareció caro vs los servicios recibidos

• Positive: Die Lage, der schön warm beheizte Pool, der schöne Kaktusgarten, die Sauberkeit der Anlage, die großzügige Architektur
• Negative: Das Frühstück war nicht von guter Qualität. Zwar war die Auswahl ausreichend, aber man hat gemerkt, dass von jeder Wurst- und Käsesorte die billigste Option genommen wurde (Formfleisch-Kochschinken, gefärbte Salami, einfachste Käsesorten) Eier (für Omelett und Rührei) z.T aus Tetrapack, die warmen Speisen z.T. kalt (Baked Beans) oder nicht richtig durchgegart (Piementos de Padron), Obst lieblos, Brotauswahl bescheiden, teilweise ausgetrocknet, insgesamt lieblos und auf Masse statt Klasse gemacht. Nicht 5* würdig. Die Betten sind auch im Doppelzimmer Einzelbettten ohne Topper, so dass für Paare nicht das Gefühl aufkommt, in einem Bett zu schlafen, außerdem quietschen die Betten und verrutschen leicht.

• Quietness: 10 Once in our room, we couldn’t hear a sound from other rooms or other guests.
• Room: 10 We stayed in a Junior suite with pool view. We loved the suite. The bathroom was great with a super shower. Our bed and pillows were so comfortable. We loved sitting out in our spacious balcony morning and evening.
