• Positive: Beautiful hotel the rooms were fabulous and we had a lovely Seaview I love the pool area for the Jacuzzi and the hydro pool was really fabulous. All the staff were very friendly I would like to comment on the lovely guy that works in the piano bar sorry can’t remember his name is from northern Spain he told my husband and myself so lovely I may just a nice gins on on last night. The reception team are really helpful I printed out my passenger locator form is for us which was really nice. Lovely breakfast each morning such good for variety on the staff are so friendly
• Negative: My only two negatives were on our last day we decided to have lunch from the poolside bar we were waiting well over an hour for our lunch which was really unacceptable lots of people were actually complaining it’s only a snack and lunch ended up taking us nearly 1 1/2 hours due to this delay I think the food is a little overpriced of a poolside bar if I was to be honest staff are lovely but I presume you are understaffed in the kitchen and I know this is an issue here in Ireland as well getting staff and hospitality due to the pandemic so I don’t want to be over critical. Other issue was that we S3 evenings in the restaurant one evening the service was terrible we were waiting over two hours for our main course they got our order wrong it was really quite poor food was not of a good standard and the service was terrible I did address this the next morning with the reception when I went to pay my bill and I was credited the cost of this which was which was really good so I know again there was issues with understaffing in the kitchen et cetera so I am sure in the coming monthsAnd it will improve
