• Staff: 10 Muy amables y recibimiento cordial, los camarer@s muy atentos en el restaurante.
• Quietness: 10 Ni siquiera se oía la discoteca que está cerca de las habitaciones, muy bien insonorizada.
• Room: 7.5 Los muebles quizá necesiten renovarse, sobretodo los colchones no eran tan cómodos.

• Positive: The hotel is very close to the beach.
• Negative: Greediness and service. With the "all inclusive" package, you pay for everything: parking, room safe, iron, TV remote, most drinks in bars, beach beds and shades, towels. Food isn't great and they prohibit taking it away from the cafeteria. Privacy isn't respected either – a cleaning lady once entered my room despite the DND sign on the door. The balcony door could be easily opened from the outside. Rooms have kitchens with microwaves and hobs, but there is absolutely no kitchenware except from several glasses. Neither the staff service, nor the hotel quality deserve the claimed 3* hotel rating.

• Cleanliness: 5 Clean, but cleaning staff are ready to violate your privacy to clean the rooms despite the DND sign.
• Location: 5 Close to the beach, but far from everything else on the island.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated Their all inclusive is more like "we have a TV, a safe and a beach, but you need to pay for the TV remote, a safe key and a beach bed".
• Staff: Not rated Privacy is not respected.
• Quietness: Not rated Evening animation shows are guaranteed to keep you awake and distracted until 23:00. Shutting all doors and windows doesn't help, there's no way to hide.
• Room: Not rated No kitchenware. The cheapest soap you can imagine. Only one pair of towels. Safe key, TV remote, iron, etc. need to be rented separately.
• Value for money: Not rated It's not even close to an "all inclusive 3* hotel" that I paid for.

• Positive: La calidad y lo bonito que es el interior de la zona hacia el comedor. El dormitorio está bien, excepto que la parte del techo que corresponde a la ducha se estaba cayendo la pintura
• Negative: La baja calidad tanto en la comida , como la falta de camareros , profesionales y amables, parecían que estaban amargados . Incluido los cocineros que se ponen a cocinar de cara al público
