  • Positive: la atencion del personal de recepcion fueron encantadores igual que los animadores de la piscina tambien destacar que las habitaciones estaban muy limpias
  • Negative: lo que menos me gusto fue que con el grupo de gente con los que estaba unimos dos mesas de la terraza del comedor para estar todos juntos y una trabajadora pelirroja nos llamo maleducados por ello y nos solto el comentario de ustedes hacen lo que quieren de malas formas

  • Cleanliness: 10 thoroughly cleaned everyday. Pool area and dining room were spotless
  • Location: 7.5 Great location for the beach and waterpark. Other than that everything is a bus ride away
  • Common facilities and services: 7.5 Facilities and services were everything we needed
  • Staff: 10 Staff were very helpful. Our child had a birthday when we were here and organised a cake for us and a fruit basket to the room which made it really special
  • Quietness: 7.5 I wasn’t disturbed at all at nights. The entertainment stopped about 11pm and sometimes the guests stayed making a noise until 1am/2am but that’s to be expected and I only heard this if I went onto my balcony
  • Room: 10 The room was perfect. Bath and shower. Complimentary toiletries. The beds were very comfortable and lots of wardrobe space, coat hangers, plug points. Nice lighting.
  • Value for money: 7.5 Yes and no. We paid for all inclusive but spent most days at the waterpark where nothing was all inclusive. A few drinks at the hotel had to be paid for as well. We only had a few soft drinks per day at the hotel in our party of 4 so maybe all inclusive wasn’t value for money for us. The food was excellent and plentiful.

Su sugerencia de que se debería poder usar todas las instalaciones en el día de salida (suponemos que se refiere al parque acuático) será tenido en cuenta por los responsables correspondientes, pero como apunte aclaratorio es posible que se haya preferido incluir esta limitación (que viene descrita en la oferta y la confirmación de la reserva) porque el todo incluido y todos los servicios asociados a éste terminan a las 12:00 el día de la salida.   • Negative: Está dirigido al extranjero el 95% o más. Tanto en horario de cpmida como el hablar en inglés. El español apenas se escuchaba en los espectáculos. No había botellas de agua. Sólo daban vasos del grifo ( era inbebible). Cobran por las toallas. Y está orientado a gastar dinero por todos lados.

  • Positive: El servicio muy amable y atento. La comida me sorprendió para bien y la oferta en ocio para los niños nos encantó.
  • Negative: La limpieza de la habitación, sobretodo en el baño. La única pega en general los muebles muy viejos o con una conservación mala hacia que en la habitación oliera mal.
