  • Cleanliness: 10 Las camareras de piso son muy amables y simpáticas siempre con una sonrisa y en cuanto a la limpieza un 10
  • Location: 10 Me gusta todo lo que tiene al rededor muy cercano todo
  • Common facilities and services: 10 Todo ha sido perfecto la comida exquisita el desayuno almuerzo y cena han sido distintos y muy buenos, la discoteca La Bamba es estupenda tiene buen ambiente y buena música disfrutas mucho, también con las actuaciones de por la noche son tan divertidas y entretenidas que ni quieres que acabe.
  • Staff: 10 Todo el personal con el que hemos sido atendidos han sido estupendos muy profecionales, tuve la ocasión de coincidir con los dos chef del buffet y son muy simpáticos me encanta como atienden a todo las personas con los idiomas tan variados
  • Quietness: 10 Fue bastante buena no hubo ningún problema de ningún tipo todo muy tranquilo y sin ruidos
  • Room: 10 En principio las vistas, eran estupendas! Desde mi terraza se podía apreciar todo la piscina del hotel, el lago taurito, inclusive la playa, volvere a repetir y vere si podré tener la misma habitación, cuando entremos el primer día tenía una limpieza impecable fue muy cómodo y con detalles en el baño como el papel higiénico en forma de rosa, tengo que mencionar que tuvimos dos mantas en nuestra habitación y eran tan calentitas que en ningún momento tuvimos frio.
  • Value for money: 10 Cuando reserve el hotel con todo incluido sabiendo todas las instalaciones que tenía me pareció un poco caro pero desde que entre era todo un lujo todo perfecto y una comodidad que para mi era imprescindible, de hecho ya he reservado otra vez para volver a disfrutar

  • Common facilities and services: 2.5 Hay que pagar el parking, creo que debería ser gratuito para los clientes. Problemas porque los clientes reservan hamacas y no hay sitio suficiente

    "Estimado huésped, agradecemos que se haya tomado tiempo para escribir esta reseña tan detallada en la que nos explica cuáles son los aspectos que más le gustaron y también los que no tanto. Su sugerencia en relación al parking sera reenviada y estudiada por los responsables correspondientes.Cuando de vez en cuando el caso omiso que se hace a la norma (que prohibe expresamente la reserva de hamacas si no es para usarlas al momento) llega a causar dificultades para algunos huéspedes a la hora de buscar y encontrar hamacas disponibles (no usadas y no reservadas), con avisar en la recepción basta para que el personal busque una solución satisfactoria sobre la marcha....siempre se ha podido solventar este tipo de situación sin dificultades. Nos gustaría volver a contar con usted como huésped de los Hoteles Paradise, por lo que le animamos a volver cuando quiera. Saludos cordiales, el equipo Paradise."

    "Dear guest, it is truly great to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your stay at the Paradise LAGO Taurito Hotel, in particular thanks to the hard working and friendly staff and the excellent animation team and the great work they do. Whenever the problem you mention (of other guests deciding that it is a good idea to disobey the very clear rule of sunbed reservations not being allowed) gets out of hand to the point that guests have trouble finding any sunbeds and let the reception know about it, our Public Relations and reception staff are happy to find a solution (such as removing some towels of clearly "reserved" sunbeds). This type of situation usually only happens in the Summer and neither all the time. We thank you for choosing our hotel and would be happy to welcome you back anytime.
